New! Faithscrapping events will be on Monday evenings 7.30pm - 9.30pm ish. Faithscrapping is a new idea in this country but has been popular in the States for a while. This is a new event and it's format is likely to change as the Stafford FSUK club evolves. For the first few weeks will will scrap simple pages based on Scripture or Religous Events (Easter, Harvest, Christmas or Fruits of the Spirit etc.). We will pray for inspiration before the scrap and then there will be a time to seek and share over a cup of coffee and refreshments at the end. We will finish the evening with prayer time. I am looking forward to these events and hope that it will work both ways - introducing scrapbookers to Jesus and introducing Christians to scrapbooking. Both are two great loves in my life and I am very excited about this new venture.
I aim to hold Themed Scrapbook demo's at my home once a Month on a Saturday. These will include all materials needed for the days theme and the cost will be priced on the materials + 50p per person. Refreshments will be included. After the themed crop you will be allowed to work on your own pages/albums and have free use of my tools and equipment. Materials and kits will be available for purchase and orders may be placed for anything not in stock. The Theme, what type of photos you will require, details of times and costs will be published here, and also sent in the email newsletter, be sure to subscribe to the newsletter for up-to-date information. I can accomodate a maximum of 6 persons at each crop so please book early to reserve your place! I am in the process of establishing new premises to do workshops and demonstrations from. look out for the launch and special offers, soon!
I will be holding Introductory Scrapbooking Demos on the 1st and 3rd Fridays in the month, and will also hold classes in your own home (local only-30 miles radius of Stafford) where you can earn FREE scrapbooking materials according to the sales and able to purchase your own items at 10% discount. Details of my home classes will also be published here. Please telephone or email me if you would like more information on hosting a class in your own home. You can hold as many as you like as only 2 or 3 people can be accomodated in an evening. (more chances to earn scrapbooking materials for FREE!)
Wed April 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th, 7.30 Cardmaking Nights. Hints, tips, demos and free use of tools and equipment. Book a cardmaking course or turn up for individual evenings - £3.00 per week to include all materials and loan of equipment, take your completed card home for you to send to a loved one. A different technique every week, useful to try to see if it is for you before you buy the materials and equipment. You don't have to come every week, dip in and out as your family life allows. Learn how to create individual cards with stamping, cut and embossing, paper piecing, pergamano, waterfall cards, pop out cards, decoupage, sewing techniques and many more! Fri April 2nd, 16th, 7.30 Introductory Scrapbooking Demo. £3.00 for cost of scrapbooking materials and you get to keep the page. Use of equipment FREE! Bring along 8 photos on a theme if you would like a go yourself. Tuition and help provided for you to create a beautiful keepsake to treasure for life and to pass on to future generations.
I am using the time to spend on a personal scrap book so if you are an experienced scrapbooker and wish to come along and scrap with me, you are most welcome. If you are a Newbie and wish to learn, then this is the place to come!
Sat April 10th All day crafting event, cropping get together, cardmaking, scrapbooking or altered art, whatever takes your fancy. FREE! Bring along your own work and have fun cropping and crafting with friends. FREE use of my equipment. Refreshments included.

Monday April 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th. Faithscrapping Class 7.30pm - 10pm (ish) Weekly challenge, complete a scrapbook page based on a Religous Theme. If you have a scrapbook already bring it along, or you can decide on the size and work from scratch. £4.00 including materials, or £2.00 and bring your own, refreshments included afterwards. A £1 of the fee will be donated to FSUK . If you wish to bring along anything special you would like to add, then please do. I have a wealth of stash to choose from and purchase, should you wish to.
